Booking a session

Open a coach's profile, tap Ask a consultation, choose a date and one of the published time slots, then confirm. Your session appears under Collections › Manage Consultation, and you join it from there when it starts. Sessions are one-to-one and always with the coach you booked.

Changing or cancelling

Open the session under Collections › Manage Consultation and cancel it there, or email us and we will do it for you. Cancel at least 12 hours before the start time for a full refund of the points.

Group rooms and courses

Group rooms are scheduled sessions on a stated topic, hosted by a named coach. You can see the host and the topic before joining. Courses are short lesson series you can watch at any time.

Safety — reporting and blocking

You can report or block anyone, anywhere their content appears:

• In a conversation — the menu at the top right has Report user and Block user.
• On a single message — press and hold it, then choose Report message.
• In a live room — open the participants sheet and use the option beside any participant, including the host.
• On a post or a profile — the menu on the item.

Reports reach a moderator who reviews them within 24 hours and can remove the content and disable the account behind it. We have zero tolerance for abusive, hateful or sexual content. To report something urgently, email support@ispeakerlive.com with the word URGENT in the subject.

Your account

A phone number is optional — you can create and fully use an account with an email address alone. To delete your account and everything in it, open Profile › Edit Profile › Delete Account, or email us and we will remove it within 7 days.
